European Network for Homeopathy Educators

ENHE is an independent body for homeopathy educators across Europe to come together to share knowledge and experience. One major aim is to support the establishment of common standards of education within and between separate countries as the basis for the eventual mutual recognition of qualifications in homeopathy across Europe.


 

ENHE is a professional network established to:

I) Encourage and facilitate continuous educational development of educators.

      Specific areas of interest include:

      1)      Assessment and CPD and PPD for students and teachers
      2)      Clinical education & assessment
      3)      Teaching and learning strategies
      4)      Business management of education provision
      5)      Accreditation
      6)      Transition into practice
      7)      Understanding the role of the homeopath in each national health care system and its
               implications for the education process

II) Network: provide a forum for educators to meet and exchange ideas.

      Specific areas of interest include:

      1)      Sharing good education practice
      2)      Encourage good relations between schools
      3)      Connecting, having a European identity as opposed to individual country identity
      4)      Hearing common ideas and problems
      5)      Discussion on students and staff transfer
      6)      Arrange meetings and symposia
      7)      Web-site


III) Contribute towards mutual recognition of international educational standards and policy.

      Specific areas of interest include:

      1)      Discussion and feedback for future revision of the Education Guidelines
      2)      Act as a sounding board to respond to ECCH policy documents e.g. Accreditation of courses of
               homeopathy education, Continuing Professional Development etc.
